Yogainstuktionen vil foregå på engelsk.
We will be covering basic exercise for breathing and physical exercise called surya namaskar
Opvarmningen vil bestå af 20 minutters Surya Namaskar yoga - en kombination af 12 forskellige yoga stillinger.
5 minutters pause
Derefter 15 minutters vejrtrækningsøvelser kaldet Pranayama
Tilslut 5 minutters afslapning og udstrækning.

We'll start with warmup then afterwards 20 minutes for surya namaskar which is itself a combination of 12 yoga poses. We will go forward in a slow pace, pace so that everyone will get benefit and learn it eventually.

5 minutes break
Then 15 minutes for breathing exercises which is called as pranayama.
About Pranayama: Prana is the life force within us and ayama is controlling it in a certain way that whole body gets enough life force to keep it active and healthy.
Last 5 minutes for relaxation and streching.
